During this initial phase of any construction project, we assist in defining the project scope, identifying potential issues, project planning and scheduling, and perform project cost analysis and value engineering. We interact with the developer and design team to ensure the project meets or exceeds the developer’s expectations.
Mid-Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire project. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the developers goals.
Post-Construction
The last and often over-looked step in any construction project. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections, final project documentation and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
